BTFO Acoustic Underlay 50m² is designed to provide superior footstep noise reduction and enhanced acoustic performance in multi-storey homes and apartments. University-tested results show a 30%+ reduction in reflected foot noise and an excellent LnT,w = 40 rating, meeting AAAC 6-star acoustic standards.
This underlay also offers thermal insulation and is fully compatible with underfloor heating. Its integrated damp-proof layer removes the need for additional moisture barriers in most situations. With strength, lay-flat characteristics, and easy peel-and-stick joining strips, installation is quick and hassle-free.
Available in 50m² rolls for efficient coverage of large areas.
