BTFO Acoustic Underlay 20m² is engineered for maximum footstep noise reduction and excellent acoustic performance in multi-storey buildings. Independent university testing shows a 30%+ reduction in reflected foot noise and an LnT,w = 40 rating, meeting AAAC 6-star acoustic standards.
It provides thermal insulation, is suitable for underfloor heating, and includes an integrated damp-proof layer, reducing the need for additional moisture barriers. Its durable, lay-flat design with peel-and-stick joining strips makes installation simple and efficient.
